Accentify Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Giveaway Terms & Conditions apply to all prize draws, competitions, launches, waitlists, special events and discretionary rewards offered by Accentify Ltd. These terms sit separately from Accentify’s main Business & App Terms.

By taking part in any Accentify giveaway, you agree to these conditions.

1. Eligibility

• Giveaways are open worldwide.
• Users must have an active Accentify account to redeem any reward.
• Users aged under 18 may participate, but a parent or guardian is responsible for redeeming prizes on their behalf.
• Accentify may request proof of account ownership when issuing rewards.

2. Prize Redemption

• All prizes require the user to provide the email linked to their Accentify account.
• If the winner does not have an account, they must create one before the prize can be applied.
• Prizes must be redeemed within the stated claim window. If no timeframe is stated, a default 30-day claim window applies.
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Accentify may offer an alternative reward when necessary, including where the user already holds a Premium subscription.
• Accentify reserves the right to verify identity or deny redemption in cases of suspected misuse.

3. Definition of “Lifetime Premium”

“Lifetime Premium” means ongoing, non-transferable access to Accentify’s Premium features for as long as Accentify offers a Premium subscription tier.

If Accentify restructures, rebrands, retires or replaces Premium in the future, the user’s access may transition to an equivalent tier or conclude.

4. Definition of “Lifetime of Free Accentify Workshops”

Winners of this prize receive:
• Up to 3 workshops per calendar year
• For a total of 5 years
• Access provided via a unique, non-transferable booking code
• Workshops must be booked in advance
• Unused workshops do not roll over
• Accentify chooses the platform, schedule, availability and content of workshops
• Accentify may amend, reschedule or cancel workshops at its discretion

5. Specific Giveaway Events

Below are the detailed conditions for major Accentify giveaways.

A. The Waitlist Giveaway (October 2024 – November 2025)

This giveaway applied to users who joined the pre-launch waitlist and referred others to climb the rankings.

Ranks #2 – #10
• 3 months Premium
• 1 Group Accent Coaching Class

Group Class Information:
• Accentify will provide a list of topic options (for example: General American, Scouse, Intro to Accent Work, Phonetics, or advanced techniques).
• Winners may vote on the topic, however Accentify retains full discretion over the final choice.
• Accentify sets the class date and time, and may choose to take votes into account.
• Accentify may reschedule, alter the content, or reorganise the class without obligation.
• A recording of the class will be available for winners who cannot attend live.
• Access is limited to those eligible from ranks #2–#10.

Claim Window

All waitlist prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the winner being notified, unless otherwise specified.

B. The Secret Chameleon Party Giveaway

(Official Accentify Launch Event – 27 November 2025)

A range of prizes were available during the launch event via spin-the-wheel, accent challenges, the Secret Chameleon challenge and the Stay-Till-The-End reward.

Based on event outcomes, users won the following:

• 1 year Premium × 1
• 1 month Premium × 1
• 6 months Premium × 7
• 1h 1-to-1 Accent Coaching Class × 6
• 5,000 in-app Gold × 1
• 10,000 in-app Gold × 2
• 30min Accent Coaching Class × 1
• 1 day Premium × 5

Conditions for Event Prizes

• Winners must contact Accentify with the email associated with their account.
• Winners may receive an alternative reward if the original prize cannot be applied, including in cases where the user already has Premium.
• Coaching classes must be booked through Accentify and scheduled based on availability.
• Gold will be credited directly to the winner’s account.
• Mystery Bundles will be defined and fulfilled at Accentify’s sole discretion.
• Unclaimed prizes expire 30 days after notification unless otherwise stated.

6. Discretionary Giveaways, Upgrades and Gifts

Accentify may occasionally provide surprise gifts, upgrades, bonus Gold, early access, or other rewards as part of product testing, community activity or user appreciation.

Conditions:
• Discretionary gifts never imply entitlement to future rewards.
• Accentify may modify or withdraw any discretionary gift at any time.
• Gifts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for money.
• Accentify may substitute an alternative reward at its discretion.

7. Misuse, Fraud and Multiple Accounts

• Users creating duplicate accounts, using fake referrals, or attempting to abuse giveaway mechanics may have their prize revoked.
• Accentify may withhold or cancel a reward if fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• Accentify’s decision is final.

8. General Conditions

• Accentify may amend these Giveaway Terms at any time.
• Accentify reserves the right to delay, modify, cancel or terminate giveaways for any reason.
• If technical issues affect prize allocation or app functionality, Accentify may reissue or adjust prizes at its discretion.
• Accentify is not liable for lost, delayed or undelivered messages from winners.
